INUKENI VIJANA

INUKENI VIJANA INITIATIVE

Inukeni Vijana Initiative, is a community based organization founded in June 2011 and Registered in September the same year under the Ministry of Gender and social services. It is a youth led and oriented organization whose main objective is to reduce the number of unemployed youths in the country by building their capacity through various motivation and empowerment projects towards self –reliance.

We strive to first identify the root causes of various issues that the youth face today that lead to unemployment and other social problems, once identified areas we offer holistic solutions that focus first on the personal development of the individual, then to Capacity building. This individual later moves to practical, relevant, and sustainable to him/herself and by extension the society.

As we do all this we strive to be a credible organization that can be trusted with youth representation in national and international development forums.

Our age bracket is 16-33 years of age, We believe that though faced with difficulties, the youth can be able to transcend the sociology-cultural, religious, economic ans political barriers that hinder them from actualizing their full potential.
